The first day in Santiago, Chile, begins with your arrival at Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport, followed by a smooth transfer to grab breakfast and embark on a private tour ride through the Center of Santiago to begin your exploration at Plaza de Armas, visiting the Metropolitan Cathedral, The Central Bank of Chile and The Central Post Office. Continue to La Moneda Palace and delve into the panoramic views at Cerro Santa Lucia, followed by a stroll through Barrio Lastarria, a vibrant and culturally rich neighborhood known for its bohemian atmosphere; it offers a mix of historic architecture, artistic venues, trendy cafes, and gourmet restaurants. Cajon del Maipo to Pirque: Winetasting experience!

The fresh air and birds chirping create a peaceful ambiance, to begin with an early yoga experience and prepare our body and mind for a day of adventure and exploration.
Following the yoga session, we indulge in a hearty breakfast amidst the natural beauty of Cajón del Maipo.
Our private transfer will take us to the historic Maipo Valley vineyards, renowned as the oldest wine valley in Chile, where the Mediterranean climate fosters the ideal conditions for producing exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon wines. Delve into the captivating realm of viticulture in Maipo, discovering the magic behind sustainable winemaking practices.

After an early breakfast, our private ride takes us to Santiago airport for a two-hour flight to Castro. Upon your arrival at Aeródromo Mocopulli airport we, continue your adventure to the charming port City, Dalcahue. Discover its colorful crafts market, iconic wooden church, and vibrant coastal boardwalk lined with local flavors and traditions.Then follow our path to the captivating Town of Chonchi, brimming with history, charm, and character. Chonichi's unparalleled beauty is situated on three natural terraces, aptly named the "City of Three Floors or Ciudad de Los Tres Pisos. The first floor oversees the bustling port, the second floor flaunts the quaint houses on Centenario Street, and the third floor showcases the square and the church, complete with exquisite architectural grandeur. Next, you are whisked away to El Cazador Quincho-Fogón, an idyllic countryside abode with an outdoor cooking area. Be dazzled by local cooking techniques that eulogize the freshest ingredients, sourced from both land and sea, curated by an acclaimed local chef, culminating in an unforgettable meal with drinks. After a relaxed morning, we witness one of the most captivating highlights of Chiloé - the enchanting wooden churches, a UNESCO World Heritage site nestled along the island's east coast. Soon after lunch, we unwind at our hotel, built in a barrio of fishermen and artisans. This historical construction, the oldest stilted wood house in Castro, presents a modern version of the classic palate and personifies Chiloé's archipelago. After a nice rest, we are ready to experience Curanto – a culinary masterpiece that epitomizes the island's culinary heritage. After breakfast, we stroll around the Town to visit several churches within walking distance of our hotel: the San Francisco Church, Riláan Church, Nercòn Church, and Putemun Church. We navigate between artisanal markets: El Mercado de Chiloe and Feria Artisanal. We stop for lunch at the local well-known restaurant; El Mercadito; to continue wandering a little more. Some might prefer to return to the hotel to enjoy ocean views from the terrace while sipping on a delicious coffee or tea.

In the early morning, we take a one hour drive up North of the island to experience the captivating Bay of Caulín, a designated bird sanctuary, and savor the renowned, black-bordered Chilean Oysters. Then we board a scenic ferry ride from the Island of Chiloé to the charming city of Puerto Varas. As you journey through the region, guests will disembark at Pargua to relish a local lunch packed with flavors that genuinely represent Chilean cuisine. Savor the comforting and wholesome Cazuela, Caldillo de Congrio, or Sopa de Mariscos, renowned for its delectable variations.
More than just a meal, these soups showcase Chile's culinary traditions and the essence of togetherness and nourishing loved ones with a hearty, warm meal complemented by local wine.
A short but sweet ride takes us to Puerto Varas, where we check in at Hotel Cabaña del Lago, providing you with a free evening to chill. After a beautiful short ride alongside the coast, explore the charming town center with its German-style architecture, including The Iglesia del Sagrado Corazón de Jesús, quaint shops, and various restaurants and cafes. The bustling Mercado Municipal is a great place to sample local produce, seafood, and artisanal products, providing an authentic taste of Puerto Varas.
An acclaimed chef, Jorge Diaz, will showcase his specialty preparations. Jorge is a true visionary who has spent much of his life in Puerto Varas, perfecting his skills with local ingredients and reinventing cuisine in homage to his Chilean roots. He will teach us how to prepare exquisite salmon recipes and taste and bring home vacuum-sealed salmon. Soon after, we complement our palate with artisanal beer at a local Chilean brewery for a hop-infused adventure. Guests delight in tasting an assortment of locally crafted beers. Puerto Varas to Ensenada: Change of route

After taking in a relaxed morning, we immerse ourselves in the unrivaled beauty of nature as we venture to the awe-inspiring Petrohué waterfalls, nestled near the mesmerizing Lake Todos Los Santos, located within the majestic Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park. This enchanting journey into nature offers the perfect opportunity to explore its magical surroundings and soak in the breathtaking views of the Osorno, Puntiagudo, and Tronador volcanoes from the lake. A ferry takes us across to the small village of Peulla, a stunning yet isolated destination surrounded by untouched nature. After lunch, we go on a beautiful walk to visit the captivating waterfalls, Velo de la Novia and Cascada de Los Novios, accessible on foot from the village. We also hike to Puerta Villa Peulla, Mirador Cerro Techado, and Cementerio Villa Peulla. Optionally, you can venture into a canopy experience, kayaking on Rio Negro, horseback riding, or go for a steeper hike at the Mellizas waterfall.

After lunch, we arrive in Frutillar and settle into our cozy hotel, just a short walk from the pier and the German Colonial Museum, where visitors gain insight into the town’s rich history and the lives of its early settlers. After a restful afternoon, we indulge in an unforgettable culinary experience at a renowned Patagonian restaurant, where the chef personally welcomes his guests. We are greeted with a pisco sour—or one of its many variations—while taking in panoramic views of the sweeping grasslands from a scenic hilltop. At "Se Cocina," the main attraction, besides the chef, is the old wood-fired stove, which will create the succulent flavors of Patagonian lamb.
